The Listening Post for Wellbeing is a three principles community initiative from Inner Space Coaching and Consultancy

Three Principles or Inside Out Understanding

In 1973 Syd Banks, a welder from Scotland, had an experience, a realisation that led him to see the source of his insecure feelings was thought in the moment and so began a journey of insight which resulted in the emergence of three principles. The principles describe how we create our experience of reality. Mind -The intelligence behind all life, at work in all living things, connecting all living things. Consciousness - the capacity to be aware, of Mind and of Thought and Thought -Felt in the Body Thought - The substance, the stuff that links us to the Intelligence behind life and human beings huge creative power. With thought we create our experience of reality in the moment with or without awareness. When we are finding ourselves in difficult feelings - we begin to notice that its thought created in the moment and suddenly the truth of who you really are emerges. The sun shines on the inside always and it is only ever our thinking that gets in the way.
